myNVBS Support

Help for families, teachers, coaches, and school staff

myNVBS access is available only to active families and staff whose email address has been registered by North Valley Baptist Schools.

Sign-in and password help

  1. Open myNVBS and enter the email address registered with the school.
  2. Select Forgot your password? to receive a secure password-reset email.
  3. Check spam or junk mail if the message does not arrive.
  4. Contact the school office if the address is not recognized, your account is inactive, or your linked students are missing.

School administrators and staff will never ask you to share your password.

Notification help

In myNVBS, open More → Notification preferences to manage private-message and urgent-alert preferences. On iPhone, open Settings → Notifications → myNVBS to allow alerts, sounds, and badges. Contact the office if announcements appear in the app but expected push notifications do not arrive.

Messages, student records, and demerits

Messages and student information are limited to currently linked families and assigned staff. Contact the school office to correct a student, class, guardian, contact, or role assignment. A parent or guardian may acknowledge receipt of a demerit in the student’s myNVBS record; acknowledgement does not prevent the family from contacting the school about the incident.

Yearbook photos

Photo submissions remain private until approved by a yearbook administrator. To report or request review of an approved image, contact the school and include the event name and a description of the photo. Do not email sensitive student records or account passwords.

Privacy or security concerns

Review the myNVBS Privacy Notice. Report a suspected unauthorized account, exposed student record, or other security concern to the school immediately.
